How does the personal advice for my health insurance work?

Every year you have the opportunity to change your health insurance. Our personal advisor will search for the best and/or cheapest insurance policy that suits your needs based on the information you fill out. You can fill out your preferences in the Dyme app or on our website.

A certified insurance advisor will look for the cheapest contract possible based on your situation and your needs. This could be the same type of insurance policy or one that suits you better. If you're able to save money then we will arrange the switch directly for you.

Once the switch has been made you will receive a confirmation from us and your new health insurance provider. In this way you will be continuously updated on the process of your request!
