How can I request a negotiation?

You can easily request a negotiation for your current subscription in our app. When you go to the recurring payments, you can select the transaction of this subscription and the option to “Lower your bill” will appear. Once you filled out the information, we will work very hard for you to arrange a discount. We will inform you regarding the status of the negotiation at all times via email!
