How long will it take before my cancellation has been processed?

It takes about 3 weeks for the cancellation to be processed. The process goes as follows:

1. You submit a notice of termination.
2. The cancellation letter is generated and sent to the company in question.
3. You will receive a confirmation that the letter has arrived at the company.
4. You will receive a confirmation from the company that the cancellation has been carried out.

Please note: We cancel your subscription at the first possible date that is contractually possible. In some cases, there is a termination notice period. Unfortunately, we cannot change this.
