First check to see if your bank is in the list of banks that Dyme collaborates with. This list can be found in the question above, but is also shown in the app.
Is your bank in the list but are you having trouble connecting your bank account? There are a number of steps you can take to resolve the issue.
1. Make sure you have the latest software update for your device.
2. Update your banking app.
2. Delete the Dyme app and download it again.
