What is a notice period?

The notice period for a subscription is the minimum time in which you’re obliged to pay after you have cancelled your subscription. A company can, for example, have determined a notice period of 3 months. This means that you’ll have to pay for 3 more months after you’ve cancelled your subscription before the cancellation is finalised. Unfortunately, Dyme can’t do anything about this: you agreed to this upon signing your contract.
