You can easily cancel a subscription in the app or on our website.
When you have a Dyme Premium membership you can cancel your subscriptions for free in the app. Please note: There are costs involved for a Premium membership.
In the app when you go to the recurring payments, you can select the subscription you wish to cancel. The option 'Cancel contract' will be shown. If If the subscription is not in your recurring payments overview, then you can go to the 'Transactions' overview. Search for the subscription and 'Add as a recurring expense'. Return to the recurring payments overview and cancel the subscription. You will then receive an email from us and we will proceed with your cancellation for you!
When you decide to cancel through our website an amount will be charged for that. What the costs are will be clearly stated during your request. The cancellation process can take up to three weeks. If you haven't heard anything yet after three weeks, please contact us via this page and we will check the cancellation for you!
