There are 2 ways to cancel:
- Within the app: Go to 'Settings > Premium > Adjust membership > Cancel subscription'
- Via e-mail (support@dyme.app)
As you can expect from us, we are transparent about cancellations and make it as simple as possible. Is this not clear enough, or do you have a question about your subscription or a payment? Send an email to support@dyme.app. We usually reply within 1-2 working days.
