When you sign a contract with a new provider, you will normally receive a confirmation by email. This email will be sent to the email address that you provided during the registration process. You can also find the confirmation in your online environment on the provider's website.
Haven't received a confirmation?
- Check your spam folder: It is possible that the confirmation email has ended up in your spam folder.
- Check your online environment: Log in to the provider's website and go to your online environment. Here you may be able to find the confirmation email.
- Contact us: If you cannot find the confirmation email, you can contact us. We will then contact the provider to solve the problem for you.
Tip:
- Make sure to save the confirmation email. It contains all the important information about your contract, such as the start date, the duration and the costs.
