Yes, we negotiate a contract with the same conditions as the previous contract by default. This means that you will get the same internet speed, package and other conditions as you have now.
Do you want to change something?
That is also possible! You can pass this on to our support team or indicate it when requesting a negotiation. Our negotiator will then do his best to include this.
Please note: Sometimes it is not possible to make changes. This can be, for example, if the provider does not offer the desired change or if the costs are too high. In that case, we will inform you about this and give you the choice of whether or not to accept the contract.
How can I pass on my wishes?
There are two ways to pass on your wishes:
- Via our support team: You can email or chat with our support team. We will help you pass on your wishes.
- When requesting a negotiation: You can also pass on your wishes when filling in the form for a negotiation.
What happens after I have passed on my wishes?
Our negotiator will contact you to discuss your wishes. He or she will also inform you about the possibilities and the chances of success.
When will I be sure about the terms of my new contract?
You will only be sure about the terms of your new contract once the negotiation has been completed. The start of the negotiation can take a few weeks.
