I haven't received a confirmation yet, what now?

Don't worry! The insurer usually sends the confirmation and policy by e-mail 2 weeks before the start date of your car insurance.

What you can do:

Check your inbox and spam folder: The e-mail with the confirmation and policy may have ended up in your spam folder.

Wait until 2 weeks before the start date: It may take some time for the insurer to send the e-mail. Most insurers do not send the confirmation until 2 weeks in advance. Wait until 2 weeks before the start date of your car insurance before you contact us.

Still haven't received a message after 2 weeks?

If you still haven't received anything 2 weeks before the start date, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will then contact the insurer to check whether the application has been processed correctly.
