You can easily submit a negotiation in the app. In the 'Recurring' overview you can select a transaction. If the option 'Lower your bill' is available there, this means that we can negotiate for you! Once you filled out the information, we will keep you informed about the negotiation by email. So you will be updated on any news related to the negotiation.
If we are successful in arranging a discount for you, we charge a commission fee with the amount of 30% of the total discount negotiated (with a maximum of € 60).
When you receive the offer, you are entitled to a cooling-off period of 14 in days in which the offer may be cancelled. If it is not possible to arrange a discount, there will be no costs involved!
