After you have requested a negotiation via the app or website, you don't have to do anything. We will contact the provider for you to negotiate your contract on your behalf. When everything has been settled and we have successfully negotiated for you, you will receive a confirmation email from us and your provider with the specifications of the negotiation. You are entitled to a withdrawal period of 14 days. If you decline the offer, you can inform us and we will cancel the offer within 2 business days.
If the negotiation was not successful and we have not been able to negotiate a better deal for you, we will also let you know by email.
