Indicate in the message that you want to cancel the negotiation and we will arrange this for you.
If we have already successfully negotiated for you, you can still cancel the new offer from the relevant party. You are entitled to a withdrawal period of 14 days in which you may cancel the offer. Please contact us via one of the channels above and indicate that you wish to cancel the offer. Please note: if you decide to cancel the contract negotiation through Dyme, you must take into account that our processing time consists of 2 business days. Do you doubt whether the cancellation will be processed in time within the 14 days? Then the best option would be to contact the provider yourself.
