First check to see if your bank is in the list of banks that Dyme collaborates with. This list can be found in the question above, but is also shown in the app.
Is your bank in the list but are you having trouble connecting your bank account? This could mean that your bank is experiencing a temporary glitch. In this case, you can close the app and try to connect your bank account from the beginning again. If this doesn’t solve the problem, please contact our support staff: support@dyme.app.
