First and foremost: Dyme does not sell user data to third parties. We are always clear and transparent about our revenue model.
1. Commissions for one-off actions
If you let Dyme negotiate your contract for you, we charge a commission of 30% of your annual savings - of course only if the negotiation is successful. If you cancel a subscription via the Dyme website (via registered letter and with a 100% cancellation guarantee), we will charge a commission.
2. Costs for Dyme Premium
The basic version of the Dyme app is completely free of charge. However, many people use Dyme Premium. Dyme Premium gives users access to a number of functionalities - for a fee - that aren’t available in the free app. Read more about this under the header ‘Dyme Premium’ on this page.
