No, Dyme cannot dissolve permanent contracts. This means: If you have signed a contract for a certain period of time, Dyme cannot (under normal circumstances) dissolve this contract within this period. In this case, you’ll have to pay your subscription costs until the end of the contract period.
Dyme will automatically execute your cancellation on the first possible date, unless you have indicated otherwise. With a permanent contract, this will be immediately after the agreed upon end date of the contract. In the case of a monthly subscription, this is as soon as possible, taking into account our processing time, that of the company in question and the notice period that this company has contractually determined.
